Tyler England is the Head of Customer and Brand Experience/Strategy at Overstock. As part of his role, Tyler leads PR/Communications, Promotions and Insights/Intelligence. This unique blend of responsibilities enables a more seamless integration of customer-centricity into the business. Prior to Overstock, Tyler was the VP of Customer and Market Insights at Hewlett Packard, leading HP's global team of 150 individuals focusing on experience, insights and analytics. Prior to HP, he led teams at Procter & Gamble for 9 years, specifically within the Consumer and Market Knowledge department.
Outside of work, Tyler splits his time between chasing kids' activities, skiing in Utah's mountains, sailing, and volunteering in the community.
