Chuck Berman is VP of VOC Insights and Measurement at AARP, responsible for the coalescence of findings and gathering of insights aggregated from an array of listening posts, leveraging these insights to improve the customer experience across the full lifecycle. Chuck utilizes a brand attribute-driven prioritization scheme that leverages AARP’s key corporate KPIs. Chuck also manages the AARP experience measurement plan and scorecard to facilitate measureable experiences across all touchpoints of the AARP Member.
Chuck holds two U.S. Patents, a California Real Estate license, and has held CX leadership positions at Sage, Yahoo, InQuira and Mentor Graphics. He has 35 years of experience in Engineering, Marketing and CX Management, and a B.A. in Sociology from California State University Northridge.
